Since 1993, Milestone has been redefining what’s possible for persons with disabilities and empowering them to live with self-determination through real choice and opportunity.

Guided by the independent living philosophy, we believe that every person has the right to fully integrate into society, access equal opportunities, and stay in control of their own life. That belief has grown into a diverse range of programs which address the needs of individuals with physical, cognitive, developmental, and intellectual disabilities across all walks of life.

At Milestone, we know that with the right skills and resources, persons with disabilities don’t just live, they lead independently, as a full part of the community. Thus, each year, we serve over 5,000 individuals across Pakistan, making us the largest organization in the country supporting persons with all types of disabilities. Our focus on increased independence sets Milestone apart and drives everything we do.
